  • Steered the management of an effective E-Commerce and Commercial Systems Department and assumed total responsibility for the implementation and planning of passenger service and virtual sales systems.

  • Implemented a centralized accounting system using SAP, comprehensive airport departure control systems, and electronic ticketing for all SilkAir China stations before the IATA 2008 deadline.
