Successful partnership with key customer on product collaboration resulting in customer piloting with my company on several new products and one product even lead to a 18% increase in front cabin load factor and strong endorsement from customer. News link

Successful implementation of a online holiday portal using API that will allow customers to book their flights, hotels, transfers and tours through partnership with the airline and agency partner. News link
Project 3 | New Accounts/Deals
Secured several major new accounts in the area of distribution and airline IT in Myanmar, Vietnam and the Philippines and develop new businesses with start-up and low cost carriers.
The biggest win was the signing by a major Philippine based airline for a full Airline IT system.
Project 4 | Website Launch/RMS Launch/PSS Migration
Implemented several large projects - launch of SilkAir.com and PROS O&D revenue management system. Project Director to migrate the airline legacy host system - Kriscom to the new generation Altea pss system.
